I have years of experience in Employee Assistance counseling and am aware of the impact of employee functioning on the workplace. Some people seeking employee assistance counseling are in need of only a few sessions to address their concerns. I believe in the possibilities of change and growth in brief treatment models.
Crisis Intervention
A workplace crisis impacts the employees and the workplace as a whole. Intervention and access to referrals and counseling can be key factors in responding to workplace crisis.
